We understand that managing a home from afar can be challenging, which is why we offer a variety of home watch service options to help you manage your life and vacations more effectively.
Each home watch service is performed and monitored by a SHS team member, and we will provide a report and photos of any new issues that we may find.
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly home watch services. Examples of other services: supervise home repairs, handle deliveries, prepare home for owner's return, hurricane preparation, etc.

Rest easy....we will ensure your home is protected by covering windows and doors with supplied plywood / shutters, store any loose yard items and patio furniture, take before and after photos, and perform a pre & post-storm inspection.

I write this as a high recommendation for Will and his home watch services. He helped care for our mountain home in the Catskills of NY for many years. This was a weekend home that needed care, up keep, home maintenance and watching over while we were not there for all the seasons it endured.
It also was not an easy home, high up on a mountain with steep inclines which needed plowing and mowing during their respective seasons.
